Shipping policy
See 'Delivery Schedule' page for next delivery to your area. Areas are covered on a weekly, fortnightly and 4-weekly basis. The deadline for ordering is 3pm the Friday before for Skye, Lochalsh and Wester Ross deliveries, and 3pm the day before for other areas.
If we are unable to deliver the goods you may cancel your order straight away and will be refunded in full.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00am. and 6.00pm. We do not offer specific delivery times.
You should notify us at the time of the order of any vehicle access restrictions or issues that may prevent us from safely delivering your order. Our largest vehicle is an 18T flatbed of similar size to a refuse lorry with a large turning span. A charge may be made to you for non-delivery or re-delivery of your order if you fail to advise of access restrictions or a safe place to deliver your order.
Our aim is to follow any delivery instructions supplied at the time of placing the order. However, our delivery service (for all orders) is to kerbside only. Delivery to anywhere else on the property is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery.
