Delivery Schedule & Minimum Orders

 

Our minimum order value is £100 in all areas beyond Nairn IV12 and ideally orders are for a full pallet. Orders for less than a pallet may not be able to be accepted at busy times of the year due to the size of the loads we carry. In these cases orders will be cancelled and money returned to you. Once you receive a cancellation email we have immediately returned funds to your payment method, but card providers can take up to 7 working days to refund to your account.

If you live within Nairn IV12, you can place a smaller order. if you are unable to do this online, please call us. If you live outside of the area you are welcome to drive to us to collect your order - please just call or email to arrange.

Please bear in mind that due to the nature of our business, deliveries may be a few days to either side of the planned delivery dates. We use large vehicles with heavy loads, so during busy periods may need to make multiple trips - especially to the more remote areas.

If you need to be sure you're in when your order is delivered, please let us know and we'll give you a call the day before we arrive.

The map shows the approximate areas we regularly deliver to. We can not guarantee we can deliver to every address, especially those which are more remote, as we use large vehicles to transport our orders. Due to the high fuel costs for delivering, if we only have one order in an area we may have to delay deliveries for a week or two. We always advise placing an order well in advance of when you expect to run out of your fuels, especially during winter.
