Delivery Schedule & Minimum Orders

Our minimum order value is £100 for the Nairnshire, Inverness and Aviemore areas and we ask that all orders are for a full pallet wherever possible. Orders for less than a pallet may not be able to be accepted at busy times of the year due to the size of the loads we carry. In these cases orders will be cancelled and money returned to you. Once you receive a cancellation email we have immediately returned funds to your payment method, but card providers can take up to 7 working days to refund to your account.

For the Isle of Skye, minimum order is £600, and orders are delivered by courier.

If you live outside of our delivery area you are welcome to drive to us to collect your order yourself - please select this option on checkout.

Note that the order update page on our website will state your order has been completed as soon as you place it. This is because we can't do individual order tracking at present. If you haven't received your order within a few weeks of placing it, please do give us a call.

During the quiet summer months, there can be several weeks between deliveries as it is not economical to run behicles with very small loads across a large geographic area. In these instances we will do our best to let you know if there will be a delay. Please email or call us if you require your order more quickly.

In winter when we are much busier, our vehicles are doing more regular rounds to all area, and we may use an external courier to make additional deliveries.

Please bear in mind that due to the nature of our business, deliveries may be a few days to either side of the planned delivery dates. We use large vehicles with heavy loads, so during busy periods may need to make multiple trips - especially to the more remote areas.
